  • Deadline: 8 SEPTEMBER 2026

  • GSOF Symposium Europe exhibitors may use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) if:

    • The service to be performed is not listed as an exclusive service.
    • The Exhibitor or EAC submits this EAC Application, agreeing to all rules and regulations and meets insurance requirements.
    • The EAC has been approved by Show Management.

  • Steps to apply (complete all steps NLT 8 September 2026):

    1. Inform Show Management - Ms. Chloe Piazzese at cpiazzese@globalsoffoundation.org - on your intent to use an EAC.
    2. Complete this application for each EAC. Each subcontracting company must apply individually using the EAC Application.
    3. Upload a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets minimum standards.
    4. Upload detailed technical drawings of the proposed build.
    5. Agree and comply with all GSOF Symposium Europe Exhibitor Terms and Conditions (LINK), and all venue rules and regulations.

    After approval from Show Management, EACs are responsible for registering all subcontractors who may be working for/with them and for ensuring that the subcontractors have also registered individually and provided appropriate insurance documentation to Show Management.

    EACs should submit all required information by 8 September 2026, or as soon as possible.

    GSOF Symposium Europe Show Management may deny any EAC access to GSOF Symposium Europe if these requirements have not been met or when determined to be in the best interest of the show.

  • Insurance Requirements 

    EAC agrees to maintain the insurance coverage listed below at all times during GSOF Symposium Europe 2026, including move-in and move-out periods.

    Evidence of insurance must be available upon request at show site as GSOF Symposium Europe Show Management reserves the right to request evidence of insurance coverage at any time. These requirements in no way limit the liability of the EAC.


    Commercial General Liability Insurance

    EAC must maintain commercial general liability insurance, including broad form contractual liability coverage, with limits of at least $1,000,000 combined single limit, per occurrence, for personal and advertising injury, bodily injury and property damage, and $2,000,000 general aggregate.

     
    Workers’ Compensation & Employers’ Liability Insurance

    EAC must maintain worker’s compensation and employers’ liability insurance in accordance with statutory limits.


    Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance

    Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance must be provided with combined single limit of $1,000,000 for all injuries, deaths and property damage resulting from any one accident. Such coverage shall include loading and unloading hazards.


    General Insurance Requirements

    All insurance must be primary and noncontributory to any other insurance coverage, and each company shall obtain a waiver of subrogation on each policy in favor of the additional insured parties.


    Additional Insureds

    Global SOF Foundation, Rome Cavalieri, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel, and Technomeeting, must each be named as additional insured on the comprehensive general liability and automobile liability insurance.
